This drafting stool height gas cylinder is meant as a replacement for damaged or worn out gas lifts on tall task chairs, drafting stools, etc. While this gas cylinder will fit the majority of these types of chairs and stools, it may not fit all. Please remove gas cylinder with care and measure to be sure. Minimal differences in measurements should not alter performance of lift when installed in chair.

  • Heavy Duty - Built to withstand more weight and pressure than standard gas cylinders.
  • 2" wide column diameter will fit most chair bases
  • 10" (270mm) piston stroke with 28" (708mm) total overall extended length
  • 14.5" (315mm) black support stand pipe column height (larger size black tube)
