• Made especially for vintage and antique fabrics. This gentle but powerfully effective stain remover takes out the stains without damaging delicate fibers. Use it with confidence, even on lace, embroidery, and family heirlooms.
• Removes yellow and brown age stains, stains of unknown origin, and the discoloration that comes from long-term storage. Restores fabric to its original color. If your item was previously tea-dyed to hide old stains, then it will also remove the tea.
• Safe for cotton, linen, and most water-washable fabrics; will not fade most colored embroidery (check for color-fastness if item has not previously been washed)
• Fragrance-free. Product is activated by boiling water. Use 2 Tbsp. for every gallon of water; 32 oz. jar makes 50 gallons of solution. This requires less powder per gallon than most stain-removal products.
• For silk, cool solution to lukewarm before soaking. Not recommended for wool.
