- CHARACTERISTICS: The hand-made western saddle girth is made out of genuine sheepskin and a durable quilted fabric. Buckles and D-rings are made of stainless steel and guarantee durability. The wool is approx. 30 mm/ 1,2 inch in length. The total length of the girth is measured from one buckle pin to the other.
- FIT: Our lambskin saddle girth provides a very pleasant padding for your horse and helps decrease pressure marks. Both sides are slightly cut back and therefore, the girth provides elbow clearance. It has a wider surface area along the sternum of the horse (which is the strongest point of contact) and hence it displaces pressure evenly along its length.
