- THE OUTER PART OF BOOTS IS MADE OF GOOD QUALITY 5mm NEOPRENE. THERE ARE FOUR WIDE VELCRO STRAPS, THREE TOP STRAPS ARE WRAPPED TIGHTLY AROUND THE CANNON BONE AND FOURTH LOWER STRAP IS BEING WRAPPED AROUND & UNDERNEATH THE FETLOCK. THE INNER PAD WHICH IS ATTACHED WITH THE NEOPRENE OUTER CAN EASILY BE REMOVED
