The O-ring closure is formulated and manufactured from a special compound resistant to chemicals such as anhydrous Ethyl Alcohol, Purified Ether, Hexane, Acetone, Chloroform, Acetonitrile, 40 percent Trifluoroacetic acid solution, and other chemicals used in most laboratories.
