The 305-4731 angle 14" screw conveyor trough, measuring 12ft in length, is reinforced with structural steel angles along its top edge, ensuring robust strength and rigidity. NU-Weld end flanges are continuously jig-welded on both ends, guaranteeing a snug fit and precise alignment upon installation. Typically crafted from hot-rolled steel, these troughs can also be produced in stainless steel or other materials to suit specific applications, such as hot-dipped galvanized steel. Custom modifications like a perforated bottom, drop bottom for easy access and cleaning, or jacketing for heating and cooling are available. These troughs usually come with a tite-seal cover, but other cover types like dome, flanged, or hip-roof are also offered. We also provide trough saddles and various other screw conveyor parts.
