MBP Clear Conical Microcentrifuge Tubes with Screw Cap, 2.0ml Capacity (Case of 500)

Conical microcentrifuge tubes are made from a crystal clear resin that allows users to easily view samples. Polypropylene tubes are suitable for vapor phase liquid nitrogen storage, boiling and autoclaving. External ribs on the free standing tubes position and lock the tubes into place in racks with serrated holes allowing for one-handed opening and closing. Conical bottoms allow for more complete sample retrieval while O-ring is designed to form a positive seal against the rim of the screw cap and guard against leakage. Conical and freestanding tubes are available in 0.5, 1.5 or 2.0 mL sizes and clear or amber for light-sensitive applications. Tubes are free of DNase, RNase and endotoxins. Conical bottom tubes are rated at 25,000 x G (0.5 mL ) or 20,000 x G (1.5/2.0 mL ). Freestanding tubes are rated at 30,000 x G (0.5 mL ) or 18,000 x G (1.5/2.0 mL ).
