Center shaft is made of SUJ2(JIS) and hardened through vacuum heat treatment to provide higher HRC ±60° Morse Tape「 compIies with DIN806 standard. Center is fitted with dual ball bearing,thrust bearing and needle roller bearing assembly. Bearing is from Japan BAND Weight of working piece in load/kgs MAX / 270.6 lbs (1300 kg).
- MT4 Morse Taper, manufactured according to the 'ISO 15433' standard.
- Material: The point section is made of SKD11 (JIS), vacuum heat-treated to a hardness of HRC 60°. The body is made of SCM440, hardened by salt bath quenching.
- It includes bearings made by a Japanese manufacturer.
- It offers a precision of 0.0005 and supports a maximum workpiece weight of 270.6 lbs (1300 kg).
- For enhanced durability, we use Klüber lubricant (manufactured in Germany) which provides superior heat dissipation.
