The interchangeable inserts are standard 60° point, 75° point, 90° point, extra-long point, pipe point and female point. It has high Runout accuracy (Center inner diameter : 0.003mm, TIR 0.0001”, After point locking: 0.005mm, TIR 0.0002") and life-time lubricated bearing. Max RPM is 3,800. High performance lip seal and deflected shaft design and specially finished coating offer a great functional advantage to protect bearing space from ingress by dirt and coolant. It is made of drop-forged raw materials and heat-treats for extra strength, rigidity and long life. (HRc. 60±2) This GG live center is installing on almost all of the Korean machine builders.
