Product Use: This is a specialized adhesive for bonding silicone rubber products to metals, plastics, and fiberglass materials. It is used for priming the surfaces of these materials to enhance the adhesion effect of subsequent materials such as silicone rubber.Applicable Substrates: Includes metals such as copper, aluminum, iron, and stainless steel, as well as plastics and fiberglass materials.

• At a temperature of 25°C, the viscosity is 135 cp, which provides moderate fluidity, facilitating construction operations and allowing for good spreading on the substrate surface.
• Typically, after coating, the material should be placed in an oven at a temperature of 105 - 150°C for about 10 - 30 minutes to cure, forming a stable primer layer.
• It can engage in chemical reactions or physical adsorption with the surfaces of materials such as metals, plastics, and fiberglass, forming a strong intermediary layer that enhances the bonding strength of silicone rubber to these substrates. Additionally, it possesses certain chemical resistance, water resistance, and weather resistance, allowing it to maintain good adhesive performance under various environmental conditions.
• Before use, it is necessary to clean the surfaces of the substrates to be bonded, such as metal, plastic, or fiberglass, to remove impurities such as grease, dust, and moisture, ensuring that the primer can make good contact with the substrate. Then, PRIMER - NO.34T can be applied evenly to the substrate surface using methods such as brushing or spraying, forming a thin and uniform coating.
• When storing, it is necessary to place it in a cool, dry, and ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature environments.
