Vacuum sealing is a smart way to reduce food waste. The shelf life, without freezing, of raw or cooked food is multiplied by 5; and in the case of freezing, they are protected from cold burning. Our bags and rolls consist of a waterproof outer layer of polyamide 30 microns and a polyethylene inner layer. They are washable, dishwasher-safe, and therefore reusable. Of course, they are guaranteed BPA free and compatible with all brands of vacuum machine.
