The inside of the pot is equipped with a ceramic slip-let non-stick coating, which ensures that the food does not stick or burn, making preparation and cleaning easier. The pot is oven safe up to 400°C, scratch-resistant, dishwasher safe and compatible with all heat sources. The design is based on the classic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, meaning the pot continues to offer the well-known and appreciated Eva Trio features such as cold handles, pouring rim, stackability and compatibility with lids and other parts of the Eva Trio series.
