Do not use harsh detergents or scouring sponges. Salt water only when boiling, stirring with a spoon. If there is a deposit of salt at the bottom, it may cause white specks to form or damage the steel. These stains do not affect the quality and functionality of the product. Avoid the flame protruding over the edge when cooking. Check that the electric plate, induction or ceramic hob are not larger than the bottom of the tool you are using. Dry thoroughly after washing, and make sure that no moisture residue remains on the product, both in the case of hand washing and in the dishwasher. Cook
