This boat is inspired by the penteconter, a forerunner of the Athenian bireme and trireme, an ancient Greek galley used since the archaic period. The penteconter was a long range ship, used for sea trade, piracy, warfare and exploration, capable of transporting freight or troops. This ship is made of bronze material , giving the piece a classic appearance. It was made in Greece, stands 31 cm width, 35 cm high, 23 cm length and weighs approximately 3.2 kg.
