Product Function: The 446-511A propane gas ignition assembly is a fireplace ignition system with safety protection. It monitors the flame status in real time via a thermopile and thermocouple. The pilot tube delivers gas to the nozzle, and the sparker ignites the gas, achieving startup. The thermocouple immediately cuts off the gas supply when it detects flame extinguishing. The pilot tube drives the gas valve via a millivolt signal to maintain combustion. The entire system stops gas input within 0.1 seconds after the flame disappears. Structure and Materials: The pilot tube and nozzle are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with excellent heat resistance. The ceramic electrode components are high-temperature resistant and have good insulation, ensuring accurate and stable ignition. Installation Instructions: Only suitable for propane (LP) gas systems; Suitable for Standing Pilot (constant ignition) systems, not suitable for DSI electronic ignition systems; Be sure to turn off the gas and disconnect the power before installation.
