- Lightweight ASA Filament for RC Planes: Our Light Weight ASA Filament 1.75mm is specifically designed for RC planes, aircraft models, ship models, drones, and other related fields. This filament offers excellent printing capabilities while ensuring a lightweight final product.
- Lower Density Than Common ASA: By adjusting the temperature during the printing process, the foaming ratio of the material can be controlled, allowing the density of the filament extruded from the nozzle to be adjusted within a certain range. This reduces the weight of the model and, in the best case scenario, can be lowered to 33% of the density of regular ASA filament (1.07g/cm³).
- Weather resistance and anti-aging: Low-density ASA filament has similar characteristics to LW-PLA, and has the added function of weather resistance. Our ASA is UV resistant and resistant to environmental stress cracking. Aircraft models printed with low-density ASA are more suitable for outdoor use.
- Perfect Materials for RC Planes: The expanding property of this ASA Filament allows for excellent layer bonding, better drop resistance and repairability. In combination with the low-density feature, making this filament a perfect option for RC Planes and Drones Parts, Cosplay Models.
- Aluminum foil bag packaging: The filament is packed in aluminum foil bags, which are more water-proof than transparent nylon bags and can be completely moisture-proof. The aluminum foil bag has a built-in sealing strip. After tearing off the heat seal, the aluminum foil bag can still be reused to prolong the dry state of the material.
