The passenger back rest has Velcro from top to bottom. The two bases, the smaller one is the driver base. On the passenger side is longer and has flange underneath. Slide enclosed section on outside of seat, work fabric around to last corner so fabric will go under and put top corner on. Then do the last corner by flipping inside out and rolling on
