This 18” Hard Coat Pizza Disc (18918PHC) is made from 18 gauge 1 millimeter aluminum, making it a great heat conductor and an easy-to-wash, sanitary product. The hard coat aluminum is a superior product that has one through an electro-chemical process to create aluminum oxide, a hard, dark metal that will not flake off. It is completely free of a rim, allowing the pizza to slide off without any damage to its crust no matter how large. The perforation in the disc allows for heat to circulate throughout the crust, creating a crispy, perfectly cooked pizza. This 18 inch option features 275 holes, each of which is 3/8 inches in diameter.
