Designed and manufactured by Tortoise Gear for use in Victorinox brand knives. Regular size Firefly replaces 50mm slanted top toothpicks for use in Victorinox knives 84mm and larger. Firefly Mini size replaces the 45mm flat top toothpicks for use in smaller 58mm keychain type Victorinox knives. The Firefly is made from a superior custom ferrocerium misch-metal formula giving it many advantages. The softer custom metals mix provides greater flexibility making it less brittle and giving it double the break strength of a typical firesteel or ferrocerium formula.
