Replacement Alternator Mount Fits Chevy Small Block, Short Water Pump, Driver's Side, Top Mount #40-202L Similar to 40-100R & 40-200L, but allows extra space for multiple carbs or taller valve covers. Bracket fits well with oil filler tube mounted in intake. Mounts most GM 10SI Series Alternators with 12 & 6 o'clock mounting holes. Recommended for tall narrow engine compartments. Bracket mounts to top water pump bolt and the two front intake bolts. May be used individually or with matching compresssor bracket #40-102R (sold Seperatly). Will clear tall valve covers. NO DRILLING OR TAPPING REQUIRED. Will Not Work With Vortec Heads. Bracket may be used individually or with matching compressor bracket #40-102R (Sold Separately).
