ACCEL's race-proven Street Billet Performance Distributors are all-new, completely redesigned electronic breakerless distributors that can be in your engine and running in literally minutes. Designed to work with a variety of CD ignitions, they have 12-volt breakerless 6.5-amp dwell control modules housed in CNC-machined aircraft-grade billet-aluminum housings for accuracy and reliability at high rpm. Ideal for high-performance Chevy street cars and race engines, these easy-access top-mount distributors include a fully adjustable vacuum advance with a lockout insert for mechanical-advance-only operation for naturally-aspirated racing applications. The shaft is precision-centerless-ground and turns freely in self-lubricating oilite bushings, and the steel gear is compatible with both flat-tappet and hydraulic-roller cams. Three-wire hookups with isolated ground circuits and weather-tight connectors makes installation a breeze.
