Simply loosen the nuts and rotate the center hex body. - The ball bearing is hardened steel with a Teflon race - Keep in mind that after the bike is lowered, the kickstand will need to be shortened as well. - There are also 4 inserts that make up the difference in the diameter and length of the stock bearing setup.
