The wind cuts and the frost bites, but you never let that stop you before. You've got miles to cover and work to get done. When the freezing temperatures of the cold north are fighting you every step of the way, you need towing equipment that is engineered to thrive in the snow and ice. CURT cold-weather replacement 7-way RV blade harnesses are made to connect your 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer and bravely tow through the sub-zero temperatures. They feature a special casing that allows them remain flexible in spite of the cold, and they offer a standard 7-way RV blade for a reliable connection. Like our standard replacement 7-way RV blade harnesses, CURT cold-weather harnesses replace the trailer-end of your wiring system and easily splice into the existing trailer wires. However, our cold-resistant harnesses also come with a unique thermoplastic elastomer casing. The casing is made to be soft enough that it will not stiffen in the cold, yet durable enough to provide good protection for the wires within. The harness is rated to remain flexible in temperatures as low as -40F, allowing you to easily plug in and tow no matter what the season of the year and no matter how far north the road takes you. CURT cold-weather wiring harnesses quickly splice into your existing trailer wiring, using a pigtail end with standard color-coded wires. The 7-way RV blade plug connects taillights, brake lights, reverse lights, turn signals, electric trailer brakes and auxiliary power. Cold-weather wiring harnesses also come in three different lengths, including 6', 8' and 10', to provide the right fit for your trailer and towing setup.

  • TEMPERATURE-RESISTANT. This trailer wiring plug had a special casing that allows the harness to remain flexible in cold temperatures. It is rated for temps as cold as -40F and as hot as 221F
  • EASY GRIP. Plugging in your trailer wiring and trailer lights is easy with the ergonomic design of this trailer plug. It features two hooks on either side of the plug for a better grip when plugging in or unplugging trailer wiring
  • RELIABLE CONNECTION. This 7-pin trailer wiring plug comes ready to splice into your existing trailer wiring. It can be used to connect the taillights, brake lights, reverse lights, turn signals, trailer brakes and auxiliary power
  • VERSATILE DESIGN. This connector makes a great replacement 7-way RV blade harness and is interchangeable with virtually any 7-way RV connector. 7-pin trailer wiring is commonly used on RV travel trailers
  • READY TO INSTALL. Equipped with blunt-cut, color-coded wires, this 7-pin trailer wiring plug comes ready to install. The 10-foot wire lead provides plenty of extra length for an easy installation
