T3 Vulcan Ultimate Custom Fit Turbo Heat Shield The Vulcan Ultimate Turbo shield is designed to retain the exhaust heat inside the turbo. As the exhaust gasses cool, they also slow down. Maintaining the heat of the exhaust gasses allows for the maximum efficiency of the turbo. This shield will also help to reduce under hood temperatures which protect painted surfaces, shield sensitive components and maintain maximum fuel/air density. Utilizing volcano fiber and other high tech materials allows this shield to be stronger and more flexible while operating at increased temperatures of 1800°F (982°C) continuous and 2500°F (1371°C) intermittent of radiant heat. With Volcano Fiber on the outer shell your exhaust system will have a custom look of carbon fiber. (Installation Kits are also available for T3 & T4)
