Soak OASIS Soak Biodegradable Floral Foam SOAK IN WATER BEFORE before inserting Evergreens & Flowers Use the FLOAT-SOAK method to hydrate biodegradable floral foam with water, lay the biodegradable floral foam atop a basin of water and allow foam to fully saturate, approximately 2 minutes. Do NOT push foam under water.
