Product Description This Gas Dryer Hook-Up Kit can be used to connect most gas dryers and similar demand appliances. This is an accessory that can be used across several brands; check to see if your model number is compatible. Includes 4-ft. ProCoat stainless steel gas connector, (1) 3/8-in. and (1) 1/2-in. fitting, (1) extra 3/4-in. fitting, pipe thread sealant, leak test solution, and installation instructions. Installing this accessory will require specialized tools, complicated disassembly of the dryer and prior repair experience. We recommend that you hire a qualified technician to install this connector. If installing yourself, remember to unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before you begin. Shut off gas before beginning work. From the Manufacturer Everything you need to hook up your gas dryer. Kit includes gas connector line, 3 fittings and sealant. In the State of Massachusetts, the following installation instructions apply: Installations and repairs must be performed by a qualified or licensed contractor, plumber, or gasfitter qualified or licensed by the State of Massachusetts. If using a ball valve, it shall be a T-handle type. A flexible gas connector, when used, must not exceed 3 feet.
