Wedge prisms can individually deflect a laser beam at a set angle, or when paired, they enable beam steering. A single prism's deflection, measured in Diopters, deviates the beam 1cm per diopter at a 1m distance. Two prisms can form an anamorphic pair for beam shaping or, when rotated independently, steer a beam within a circle defined by 4θ, where θ is the single prism's deviation. Beam deviation is displayed in degrees and Diopters, with 1 Diopter equating to 1cm of deviation at 1m.
