The 7500 Series Door Closer provides an excellent blend of superior performance, durability, and quality. Suitable for both interior and exterior doors in demanding facilities. These closers surpass 25 million cycles, feature a rack and pinion design with a cast aluminum body, and are versatile with their non-handed design. They come standard with separate, independent valves for regulating latch, sweep, and backcheck intensity.

• Door closers for both interior and exterior doors must be full rack-and-pinion type with a cast aluminum alloy body
• Closers should be surface-mounted, projecting no more than 2-3/16" (55mm) from the door's surface
• Closers should be non-handed for installation on doors of either hand
• Closer fluid should contain lubricity and anti-oxidation agents
• Closer fluid should maintain stable viscosity for performance in extreme temperatures
• Closers should have multi-size spring power adjustment, from size 1 to 6
• Closers should have two non-critical valves for independent regulation of sweep and latch speed
• Backcheck cushioning should be controlled by a hex key adjusted valve
• Backcheck position should be controlled by a hex key adjusted valve
• Delayed-action closing should be adjustable and controlled by a hex key adjustable valve
• Closers should be highly corrosion-resistant, with external body components of aluminum, brass, or stainless steel, and stainless steel fasteners
