If your oil door unlatches, it will open completely, preventing accidental takeoff with the door unsecured. This hinge is crafted from aircraft-grade extruded MS20001-4 material, with a 3/32" steel hinge pin. One end of the pin is flattened, ensuring a tight grip by the spring's force when installed and closed.
