This FH series spiral tilt balance, featuring a 9/16-inch diameter mill-finished metal tube, offers two rod extensions: 3/4-inch and 1-3/4-inch (special). Colored nylon bushings indicate spring and sash weight: white (standard), red (medium), and blue or black (heavy). Suitable for vinyl single hung and hung tilt windows, this balance boasts a red bushing for medium spring weight, an adjustable range, and a 27-inch length with a 9/16-inch diameter. It has a 25 lb. maximum weight rating, with spiral balance clips sold separately. The Prime-Line part H-3787 tilt balance tension tool can be ordered separately.
