Ideal for UV/Visible and Visible/NIR spectrum regions not covered by plastic optical fibers, these Buffered Fiber Optics boast a fused silica core and cladding, along with a polymer buffer for enhanced protection. Fiber diameters ranging from 50m to 600m feature a high-temperature, high-strength polyimide buffer, while 1mm fibers are buffered with nylon for greater protection. Available in UV/VIS or VIS/NIR Fibers, lengths of 10 and 25m, and diameters from 50 to 600m.
