- Hinge Installation: Door frames are squared and leveled, ensuring smooth operation with luxurious ball bearings hinges positioned and welded from the inside
- Weather Protection: Doors are sealed with weather stripping and injected with foam for added insulation
- Welding Technique: Most welding is executed from the inside to preserve the door's smooth finish
- Threshold & Jamb Details: Threshold thickness is 1" (25.4mm), jamb thickness is 6" (152.4mm), with a sloped wrought iron threshold to facilitate water runoff and maintain frame integrity
