Crane Suzu Mini Bell for mounting above headset The Crane “Suzu Mini” is a vintage-looking bike bell with a curved lever hammer. Made in Japan The dome comes in Brass or Aluminum alloy options. The ring of a brass bell resonates longer vs other materials. Natural brass patinas over time and develops character. Our color-finished brass and our aluminum bells will keep their original appearance for a longer time than natural brass. The dome on the Suzu Mini is 45mm wide Spring-loaded curved lever hammer makes a single ring per strike, but it is easy for user to activate in succession to make a “ding-ding” sound Mounting spacer is lightweight aluminum. Versions with Brass Domes: Polished brass, Neo-Black, copper, chrome-plated; Versions with Aluminum Domes: Alloy or Polished Alloy(silver), Price varies with finish/material. Choose finish to reveal actual price. Only accept product in Crane packaging to avoid counterfeits. Installation: Requires intermediate bike mechanic skills. The bike’s handlebar stem needs to be removed from the steering column of the bike to install this bell. You need to be able reset the preload adjustment of the headset when re-installing stem onto the steering column. (Crane also makes Suzu Mini’s that mount to handlebars)
