These bent blades are made of a revolutionary new composition of 10% fiberglass + 90% borealis, thus offering many of the characteristics found in more expensive all fiberglass blades. The MAKO Competition freediver foot pockets provide stiffness only where needed and softer compounds in other areas to make for a high performance foot pocket with all day comfort.
