The suspension system supports moderate loads while padded shoulder straps, a padded waist belt, and padded lumbar area translate to more comfortable load hauling on canoe and raft trips, canyoneering adventures and travel expeditions. The harness also detaches to streamline the pack for travel and dry bag use. Exterior lash points secure accessories to the pack and secure the pack to boats, vehicles, burros, etc. The Black Canyon Waterproof Backpack is PVC-free, meaning its materials have a reduced environmental impact over vinyl-coated materials. Please note: The designation of waterproof means this product can withstand rain, splashes, quick submersions, and will float if dropped in the water. SealLine waterproof bags are suitable for stand up paddleboard, canoe, kayak, rafting and fishing use where boats may tip, flip or be swamped.
