High temperature one-part mica adhesive. Excellent for applications in which a combination of high-heat stability and electrical properties is required. Perfect for mica heaters. Bonds and seals mica structures in applications up to 2300°F (1260°C).Ceramabond 632 exhibits a dielectric strength of 150 volts per mil, torque strength of 2 ft-lbs, and coefficient of thermal expansion of 4.7 in/in/°F.The product must be step cured at 200°F (93°C) and 500°F (260°C) for 2 hours at each temperature. Environmentally safe, non-flammable. Contains no volatile organic compounds.
