This is the spindle block assembly on an Okimat II adjustable bed or hospital bed motor. There are two (2) spindle blocks inside the Okimat II, one for the head and one for the foot. If you have an Okimat II motor assy in your bed, and one end is not moving any longer, but you can hear the motor running, then take the motor assy off and see if that moving block is broken. TECHNICAL TIP: As mentioned earlier, there are two spindle blocks inside the Okimat II, but the replacement parts available are all the same. If you change this block, and find that the motor on that end is running opposite the way it should (example: you push the head up button, and the head goes down), then just reverse the wires that plug into the motor on that end; that will take care of the problem.
