This is an OEM Replacement Remote for the Leggett and Platt Signature or certain model Matt Firm 300 and 100 Series. As of 2020 they have replaced the old stand up black and white remote with this 6 button black remote but all functionality remains the same with the exception of the light button- (See our other Amazon listings for other model S-Cape Lifestyles, S-Cape and S-Cape 2.0 Remotes). This will not work with other models. If your previous remote looked different, this will not be compatible. Match the buttons on your existing remote before purchasing and contact us with questions!
