- Inside Mount: Measure the inside width at the top, middle, and bottom of the window, and use the smallest measurement as your final width. To ensure proper installation, the factory will automatically deduct at least 1/8" from the fabric width. For height, use the exact window height or slightly taller. Minimum window depth is 2". If the depth is insufficient, please choose outside mount.
- Outside Mount: We provide additional side pieces of fabric at the top to hide the wood. To avoid light gaps, measure your window frame's width and add 4 to 6 inches (2-3 inches on each side). For height, add 4 inches to your measurement. If you want to expose more of the window, please consider adding extra height. Please install at least 4 inches above the window frame to prevent light gaps.
