- A non-stick mould: The MOUL'FLEX De Buyer silicone mould, which can be used both hot and cold, promotes uniform heat distribution, thus allowing optimal caramelisation of pastries. Its non-stick capabilities make it a trusted partner in the preparation of many pastries and delicacies, sweet or savoury.
- Durable: The De Buyer Moulflex silicone mould is extremely durable. Its pure platinium silicone is of high quality, which makes it very flexible while being guaranteed peroxide free.
- HOT, COLD OR ICE: The mold withstands temperatures from -40°C to +280°C, allowing you to use it from baking in the oven to freezing.
- Use: It is recommended to grease the mould at first use for baking in a traditional oven, microwave or water bath. Be careful not to heat the mold with empty shapes, do not put under the grill and do not use sharp objects in the mold.
