Supports installing one U.2/U.3 SFF-8639 SSD via the system's PCIe NVMe-compatible M.2 (NGFF) SSD slot, but the buyer must separately purchase an SSF-8643 to SFF-8639 cable. ⚠️ Note: Single U.3 mode SSDs are not supported. 2. The drive signal passes directly through the system's PCIe NVMe-compatible M.2 (NGFF) SSD slot. No conversion chip is used, so there is no performance limitation on the SSD. 3. Supports installation in 2260 and 2280 positions (the PCB can be cut—please test before cutting). 4. Compatible with PCIe 4.0/3.0 protocols. If the system's M.2 slot supports PCIe 4.0, the SSD is PCIe 4.0, and the cable is properly shielded for PCIe 4.0 (some cables may lack necessary shielding), the adapter can run at PCIe 4.0 speeds.
