This is the common fan spacer used on all Engines with a fan - number 535-253 - this is 2 1/2" long. was used from mid 1966 to mid 1971. The for whatever reason the 71-74 had changed to a 2" spacer. This can be used on all 64-81 V8 engines - will and function just fine but factory correct for the 66-71. This is exact inline tube reproduction - is the correct size shape and has the original part number on the part - is impossible to tell from original. The finish is smooth and sand cast and with current manufacturing processes is better than the originals. The finish is bare aluminum with cast finish - ready to bolt on.
