- Off-Road Protection - Our Xtract Hitch Skid Plate shields the bottom of your hitch from rocks and other hazards when venturing out on the trail. The skid pad reduces friction when making contact with obstacles, and it can easily be replaced when worn down from regular off-road use.
- Integrated Recovery Point - The aluminum skid plate features a 1-inch thick mount for attaching a 3/4-inch D-Ring. Rated to a 13,000 lb working load limit, our skid provides a reliable recovery option when stuck on the trail.
- Variations - Our hitch skid is available in three different styles: raw/ no finish (UNHS-01RW), black finish (UNHS-01BL), or red finish (UNHS-01RD).
- Durable Design - The hitch skid plate is made from heavy-duty 6061-T6 billet aluminum, and it features a single-piece design for maximum strength & durability.
- Compatibility - Our skid plate is designed to mount to a standard 2-inch hitch receiver with a 5/8-inch pin. Delrin Skid Plate Pads (UNHS-DPAD) and Aluminum Skid Plate Pads (UNHS-APAD) are available for replacement/ upgrade.
- Installation - The skid plate quickly installs to your hitch using a 5/8" hitch pin. If you plan on leaving the hitch skid installed for long period of times, we recommend using a locking hitch pin.
