The Heavy duty glue dries clear, and forms a flexible, tenacious bond (approximately 1700 psi, if undiluted) to most surfaces. The glue may be diluted with clean water. Superior sealer and primer for drywall and concrete. (5:1) ratio. Okay to paint after dried.
