LumaFuse TPE-SEBS 85A is a soft material that is ideal for when rubber-like properties, durability and soft-touch are required. Unlike other flexible materials such as TPU, LumaFuse SEBS absorbs very little moisture, ensuring a seamless experience. It is also resistant to alcohols and acids, making it a versatile material for a variety of industries and applications. Recommended Print Settings: Print Temperature: 240 – 250 °C Bed Temperature: 25 – 70 °C Cooling fan: off Bed Adhesion: clean glass or PEI plate. PVA-based glue stick can be for additional adhesion if needed. Other Tips: For best results, print TPE-SEBS 85A on a direct-drive printer. If printing on a Bowden-style printer, using a PTFE Bowden tube is recommended. If the material starts to short feed or bind up in the extruder, turn down the feeder wheel tension. It is recommended to start with as little tension as possible. Due to its softness, TPE-SEBS 85A is not available in 1.75 mm. Disclaimer: Due to the large variety of printers and part geometries, the given process parameters are a guideline.
