- 100% COPPER: These wires are made of pure copper, with no aluminum coating, and are 24 gauge according to the American Wire Gauge (AWG) standard. The wires are grouped into 4 pairs, and each pair consists of insulated, twisted wires that are color-coded for easy identification.
- FLEXIBLE: Made with stranded copper wires to withstand frequent bending and twisting necessary to connect electronic components.
- VERIFIED PERFORMANCE: ETL and 3rd party tested to exceed TIA 568-C.2 Category 6 industry performance standard and UL rated, which requires pure copper in communication cables. Designed ONLY for dry indoor installations.
- CREATE CUSTOM PATCH CABLES: Available in various colors, can be cut to a specific length, very flexible, and has a small .23 inches outside diameter for increased airflow, meeting patching installation requirements. Terminate only on RJ45 modular plugs. NOT be used with keystone jacks or patch panels.
- PoE COMPATIBLE: PoE stands for Power over Ethernet and allows electrical power to be transmitted over Ethernet cables alongside data. It simplifies the installation of network devices such as cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones by reducing the need for separate power sources.
