En Shi Yu Lu is a very unique tea that originates from En Shi City of Hubei province. It is processed by Chinese Ethnic Minority and is the only famous Chinese green tea that is processed using steam method entirely. One traditional processing method, steaming, deactivates the enzymes of tea leaves, giving it a special color and flavor. Brewing Tips: Chinese Gongfu Method: Gaiwan: 150ml 5g tea Water temperature: 185℉ / 85℃ 4 steeps: rinse, 30s, 40s, 60s, 80s. Rinse time is around 5 seconds Cup Method: Teacup: 12oz / 355ml Water temperature: 185℉ / 85℃ 3g tea Brewing time: 2-4 minutes.
