• North Coast, California, USA; A vintage sparkling wine made in the traditional method, as in Champagne, from one of California's earliest wineries dedicated to sparkling wine production.
• Small lots of hand harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the top cool-climate vineyards of Nor Cal undergo partial malolactic and barrel-fermentation. The wine is expertly blended and aged on the yeast lees in the bottle for almost two years prior to disgorgement.
• The Brut Rosé has lush aromas of strawberry, watermelon and raspberry. Its fruitful nose and palette is complemented by notes of red cherry, pomegranate and cranberry-lime, brioche and vanilla. The dry fruitful finish has a juicy center with bright acidity.
