New! Junior Corpkit Corporate kit: Binder with Plate, Gold Wafer Seals, Certificates, Bylaws/Operating Agreement & Slipcase (LLC, Green)

Our Junior Corpkit Corporate Kit is a 1 1/4" 3 "D" ring binder, which includes 10 certificates, tabs, transfer ledger/membership ledger, Printed Bylaws/Operation Agreement and 20 gold wafer seals. This kit comes with a plate affixed to the spine of the binder and an inside pocket, which has a space for business cards and a CD (these items are not provided only the pocket). This kit comes with 20 customized gold wafer seals with the company's information on it instead of an embossing seal. This kit also comes with 10 Top Stub Certificates as well as the tabs that coincide with each entity type. This kit does not contain a slipcase.

• 10 top stub certificates with entity information printed on them and copy protected
• State specific by-laws or operating agreements, which includes 48 of 50 states
