Spiral: Continuous metal that allows the notebook to be opened flat in addition to turning it completely, and with coilock closure that prevents snags. Inner paper: extra opaque 90 g/m², prevents ink bleed through and dries quickly. Sheets: 160 sheets with 8 colour bands on the side (20 sheets per colour), ideal for sorting notes and using one colour for each subject; header for titles; micro-perforated for clean tearing and 4 holes for filing. Ruled: 5 mm grid.
